History
Creighton Manning Engineering began providing professional services in 1965 under the direction of Roger L. Creighton and Charles W. Manning, P.E. Roger and Chuck were pioneers in the transportation industry, having led major urban area transportation studies in Chicago and upstate New York. Roger published a textbook on urban transportation planning in 1970 and later worked with Chuck to revolutionize the analysis of complex transportation problems by developing innovative software programs for use on the then state-of-the-art micro computers in the mid to late 1980’s.
Since then, under the vision and guidance of co-owners John M. Tozzi, P.E., and Edward V. Woods, P.E., Creighton Manning has grown into a full-service Civil Engineering firm focusing in the fields of highway and bridge design, civil engineering and site land development, traffic engineering and planning, construction inspection, and land surveying.
