Boots and HeartsCreighton Manning developed the event transportation plan for Boots and Hearts, a four-day country music festival with up to 40,000‐ticketed attendees. Creighton Manning staff were on-site for the event to assist with coordination of transportation operations, data collection, and to advise on changing traffic conditions as congestion occurred while entering or exiting the event. The transportation plan was implemented successfully in collaboration with the involved transportation and law enforcement agencies.

In a statement issued Aug. 8, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) said the traffic plan for the four-day country music festival “was deemed successful and cottage country traffic did not show any effects from the increase in traffic.”

Police also thanked “the community for their patience, leading up to and including the days during the event.”
