Creighton Manning provided site design and civil engineering services for the Lofts at Saratoga Blvd. for Hayes Development Company. The project consists of 214 townhouse units in 17 buildings and a clubhouse on an 8.84 acre site. Professional services provided by Creighton Manning included site grading; utility design including gravity sewer, three (3) pump stations, water main, coordination with and approval of the water main extension by the Public Services Commission; stormwater management including porous pavement design; site lighting; traffic assessment; and landscape design. The scope of work included weekly Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) inspections during construction, submittal reviews and on-site availability to review the project as it progressed.
