Rensselaer Waterfront Public Access Esplanade

Creighton Manning provided preliminary and final design for the construction of a waterfront esplanade, public recreational space, and multi-use trail along the Hudson River in the City of Rensselaer. The goal of project is to provide a flexible recreational space and public access to a segment of the riverfront not currently accessible and to serve as a key extension and link to the City’s trail network. Upon completion, the trail will be approximately 2,100 feet long by 10 feet wide and include two river overlook areas. Creighton Manning’s services include:
