Creighton Manning is pleased to announce that Alexis V. Mitchell has been appointed as Human Resource Manager in our Albany Office. Alexis has more than 14 years of experience and will plan, develop, and the direct the administration of all HR functions for the firm.
Alexis is a dynamic HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations, including designing, managing, and facilitating leadership development programs. She has proven success in creating cultures of collaboration, and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. Alexis possesses experience in several aspects of human resources including: recruitment, employee training, incentives, benefits and payroll. She has a track record of coaching in the areas of leadership, communication, team building, and managing change, with proven success in international recruitment. As a seasoned Human Resource leader, Alexis has used her human resources background and a blend of experience in various positions within not- for- profit and privately owned sectors to affect positive change in the organizations where she’s worked. Effectively balancing big picture thinking and strategic planning with hands-on execution has allowed her to combine decisiveness, strong business acumen and formal education from SUNY Albany to achieve objectives both professionally and personally.
Outside the office Alexis is very active in SHRM, CRHRA and CRRN to network with other hiring managers, executives and entrepreneurs. She has a passion for advocating for others and spreading positive energy inside and outside of the workplace.
