Welcome Lauren Carter
Creighton Manning is pleased to welcome Lauren Carter to the team as a Planner in our Westchester County office. Lauren comes to Creighton Manning from the City of Mount Vernon with almost 20 years’ experience and has her Master of Urban Planning (MUP) from the University of Southern California. Lauren served the City of Mount Vernon in a variety of ways and was most recently the Deputy City Clerk from 2011 to 2020. She brings a wealth of professionalism to Creighton Manning and a genuine desire to help solve transportation and land use problems.
