Creighton Manning is proud to announce the addition of Matt Valckenaere as Junior Engineer in our Albany office. Matt recently graduated from Clarkson University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. As part of the firm’s Highway Design Group, Matt will assist with the design of highways, sidewalks, trails, and intersections.
