Creighton Manning is pleased to welcome Tom Hoffman, PE to the team as Senior Engineer within the firm’s Structures Group. Tom will work closely with staff and clients to provide project oversight and quality assurance on various bridge design projects. Tom comes to Creighton Manning with 28 years of engineering and management experience with the New York State Department of Transportation, most recently as the Regional Design Engineer where he was responsible for the delivery of the $100 million capital program and technical review of bridge design projects.
