About This Position:
The Proposal Coordinator works under the guidance of the Director of Business Development in overseeing the organizational marketing functions primarily related to the development of project proposals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare qualifications-based proposals including coordination with the technical team, writing, graphics, document editing, content review, printing, final document assembly, and on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain resumes and project description sheets.
- Ensure the consistent presentation of the company’s image through digital and print communication including advertising.
- Develop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, proposals, service offering sheets, and press releases
- Maintain marketing photos.
- Maintain Company branding and logo use.
- Assist with public presentations including graphics, PowerPoint presentations, and posters.
- Assist with preparation for attendance at conferences and networking events.
- Assist Human Resources Manager with handouts and promotional items for career fairs
- Organize conference registrations and reservations.
- Assist in developing content for web site.
- Monitor and update proposal database.
- Coordinate with outside vendors (e.g., promotional items, photographers, etc.).
- Develop and assist in the implementation of marketing plans
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- Knowledge and familiarity with the A/E industry is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to network and build solid working relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to create proposals, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing software required.
Yearly Pay Range:
$50,000-70,000
