Creighton Manning Engineering is looking to fill the position of Survey Field technician / Instrument Person in our Albany, NY officeto work on a diverse range of residential, commercial, municipal and institutional land development projects, using the latest advancements in industry technology, to provide topographic, control, boundary, utility surveys, construction layout, ALTA and as-built survey and mapping.
Qualifications / Experience:
- AAS or BS degree in Surveying & Geomatics Engineering technology / Survey-related field experience.
- 0-3+ yrs. Survey related experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Robotic Total Station, GPS
- Ability to apply basic surveying concepts and calculations for required fieldwork
- Strong communication skills; team player
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
