City of Schenectady, Schenectady County, New York
This federally funded project (PIN 1760.62) improved safety, traffic operations, and pedestrian access at a complex five-leg intersection. The project included design of a new traffic signal and controller with pedestrian push buttons, ADA-compliant pedestrian accommodations, pavement rehabilitation, pavement markings, and a refuge island with high-visibility crosswalks for the 100 ft long crossing.
