Clinton County, New York
Creighton Manning was one of the pre-approved Mobility Planning Consultants for the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA). Under the Clean Mobility Program Planning Track, NYSERDA provided funding to eligible entities to plan for zero-emission mobility solutions and connected them with a pre-qualified consultant. Creighton Manning supported Clinton County in developing a clean mobility plan to provide affordable transportation connecting residential neighborhoods in Plattsburgh with jobs in a planned industrial park. The study evaluated transit demand, identified potential EV infrastructure upgrades, and provided recommendations for the County to pursue demonstration project funding.
