Creighton Manning provided surveying services for multiple tasks as a subconsultant on a National Park Service A/E IDIQ in the eastern region. This project involved boundary line surveys at Flatbush Avenue (Floyd Bennett Field, Gateway National Recreation Area) and Cross Bay Boulevard (Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge), using conventional and GPS survey methods to locate monuments, compute highway boundaries, and establish right-of-way. Another task involved existing conditions surveys at Saratoga National Historical Park to support paving design for the south gate parking lot.
