Village of Voorheesville, Towns of New Scotland and Bethlehem, City of Albany, New York

This project constructed a 1,000-foot segment of trail on the abandoned Canadian Pacific Rail Line, connecting Phases I and II of the Helderberg Rail Trail. The project included an 8-foot-wide paved path, drainage improvements, guide rail, bridge rehabilitation, signage, a pedestrian/bicycle bridge, parking lot, and access ways. Pedestrian flow assessments were completed to minimize potential bike-pedestrian conflicts
