New Leaf Energy (NLE) is a leading national solar and energy storage company. Creighton Manning, a GAI Company, has partnered with NLE on seven renewable energy projects across New York over the past five years, providing surveying and civil engineering services to support solar development from concept through approval.

Representative Projects:

  • Hillview Drive Solar Array, Kingsbury, Washington County, NY       
    5.0 MW AC ground-mounted solar farm. Creighton Manning provided due diligence and entitlement services, including site use, grading, and erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, drainage study, land use applications, and regulatory permitting. Our team also represented the project at planning board meetings.
  • Broadlea Solar Array, Goshen, Orange County, NY  
    10 MW AC ground-mounted solar array. Creighton Manning provided civil engineering services to secure project approvals, including preparation of site use plans and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), along with overall project management.
  • Reservoir Road Solar Array, Knox, Albany County, NY
    5.0 MW solar array. Creighton Manning provided civil engineering and survey services, including site use plans, ALTA survey, landscaping plans, and a SWPPP. The team also attended planning board meetings and coordinated closely with local authorities throughout the approval process.
