Carson Power, LLC has developed more than 500 MW of community solar and energy storage projects nationwide. Supporting these efforts in New York, Creighton Manning has delivered surveying, civil engineering, and permitting services on four renewable energy projects over the past two years, demonstrating our experience in advancing renewable energy developments from planning through approval.

  • River Road Solar Array, Bethlehem, Albany County, NY
    10 MW AC ground-mounted community solar array. Services included site use and grading plans, ALTA survey, landscaping, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), construction details, and coordination with local authorities for Special Use Permit and Site Plan approvals.
  • Ohioville Solar Array, Plattekill and Lloyd, Ulster County, NY
    8 MW AC community solar project on Crow Hill Road. Services included site use and grading plans, ALTA survey, landscaping, SWPPP, construction details, and support for Special Use Permit and Site Plan approvals.
