Creighton Manning is pleased to announce the addition two staff members to our new branch office in the Village of Ossining in Westchester County, New York.
Frank Filiciotto is a licensed Professional Engineer and Project Manager with more than 15 years of transportation and traffic engineering consulting experience. He has prepared traffic engineering designs for projects in several jurisdictions including the New York State Department of Transportation; Westchester, Nassau, and Suffolk County Departments of Public Works; New York City Department of Transportation; Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and Connecticut Department of Transportation. As the Ossining Office Branch Manager, Mr. Filiciotto will provide traffic engineering services and lead the firm’s business development efforts in the private and public sectors throughout the Hudson Valley.
Hans Priebe is a licensed Professional Engineer with 35 years of construction experience with the New York State Department of Transportation. For the past 18 years he was responsible for administering the NYSDOT Region 8 construction program. Mr. Priebe will provide oversight of the firm’s Hudson Valley Construction Inspection Services and will also be working out of our new office.
