Creighton Manning is pleased to announce the recent promotion of five employees in the firm’s Transportation Group: Mark Nadolny to Project Manager, Susan Torelli, PE to Project Manager, Mark Sargent, PE to Traffic Group Leader, Kelley Kircher, PE to Highway Group Leader, and Steve Godlewski, PE to Highway Group Leader.
Mark Nadolny | Project Manager
Mark Nadolny has more than 16 years of traffic engineering and transportation planning experience, including preparing traffic impact studies for development projects, and traffic operations and safety analyses for corridor studies. Mark is a graduate of SUNY Geneseo.
Susan Torelli, PE | Project Manager
Susan Torelli, PE has 14 years of engineering experience, including highway and pedestrian infrastructure design. Sue is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
“Mark and Sue have already taken on many of the responsibilities of a project manager,” noted Don Adams, PE, PTOE, Director of Transportation and Partner of the firm. “We are confident that they will succeed in their new role of managing projects for the firm.”
Mark Sargent, PE | Traffic Group Leader
Mark Sargent, PE, an Associate of the firm, has more than 30 years of transportation engineering experience, and manages a range of multi-modal surface transportation projects. In his new role, he provides project leadership and oversight to Creighton Manning’s Traffic Group. Mark earned a Master of Science degree in Transportation Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Kelley Kircher, PE | Highway Group Leader
Kelley Kircher, PE, an Associate of the firm, has 18 years of transportation engineering experience, and manages the design of highway, bridge and pedestrian infrastructure projects. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.
Steve Godlewski, PE | Highway Group Leader
Steve Godlewski, PE, an Associate of the firm, has 14 years of experience in transportation design projects, with particular expertise in roundabout, trail and highway design. Steve is the Chair of the Complete Streets Advisory Board in the City of Saratoga Springs. Steve earned his Civil Engineering degree from Clarkson University.
