Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP, a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm, is proud to announce the promotion of Charles Farmer to Technical Leader. Over the past 15 years, Charles has shown strong dedication and commitment to both his colleagues and his clients.
Since 2007, Charles Farmer, PE has been responsible for the design of transportation and utility infrastructure improvement projects for local municipalities and State agencies. He provides technical expertise in the design of highways, complete streets, sidewalks, trails, transit, stormwater, and water and sewer distribution projects. He was named an Associate of the firm in 2020.
