Creighton Manning Engineering, a leading civil engineering and land survey firm in the Capital Region, announced the promotion of Steve Godlewski, Kelley Kircher, and Mark Sargent to Senior Associate. The firm also announced the promotion of Mark Nadolny, Doug Teator, Matt Hunt, and Luke Thompson to Associate.
Steve Godlewski, PE joined Creighton Manning in 2004 and serves as Highway Group Leader where he is responsible for design of transportation improvement projects for local municipalities and State agencies. In 2013, he was recognized as Young Engineer of the Year by the American Society of Civil Engineers. His volunteer activities include serving on the Saratoga Springs Complete Streets Advisory Board.
Kelley Kircher, PE joined Creighton Manning in 1999 and serves as Highway Group Leader where she is responsible for design of NYSDOT and locally administered Federal-Aid projects. She initiated and was the Chairperson of the Employee Advisory Committee at Creighton Manning. She was recognized as Young Engineer of the Year by the New York State Society of Professional Engineers in 2010.
Mark Sargent, PE is the Traffic Group Leader and has more than 30 years of transportation engineering and planning experience, including safety studies, corridor studies, area-wide transportation studies, and design of surface transportation projects.
Matt Hunt, PE is a Project Manager with more than 15 years of bridge design and management experience working with counties and state agencies. He was recognized as Young Engineer of the Year by the New York State Society of Professional Engineers in 2011.
Mark Nadolny is a Project Manager specializing in traffic engineering and transportation planning for state, municipal and land development projects. Mark joined Creighton Manning in 2002, and was promoted to Project Manager in 2017. He is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers where he serves as the Upstate Section newsletter editor.
Douglas Teator, PE is a Project Manager with more than 11 years of experience including the design of pedestrian infrastructure, complete streets, and transit corridor and station improvements for CDTA and local municipalities. He is active in the NY Public Transit Leadership Institute (PTLI).
Luke Thompson, PE is a Professional Engineer with more than 14 years’ experience in the design and construction inspection for bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects. Luke joined Creighton Manning in 2014 and served as Resident Engineer/Construction Quality Control Engineer on several NYSDOT bridge replacement projects. He is the past president of the American Society of Civil Engineers Mohawk-Hudson Section.
