Creighton Manning Engineering, a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm, is proud to announce three new Associates. Hillary Foster, Tony Christian, PE, and Skip Francis, PE were recently recognized for their ongoing commitment to the firm, exemplary performance, and outstanding professionalism.

Hillary Foster joined Creighton Manning in 2010 and serves as Administrative Support Manager.  She manages the administrative procedures and functions of the firm, prepares client invoices, and assists project managers.

Tony Christian, PE has nearly 13 years of engineering experience and serves as a Transportation Project Manager responsible for the design of highways and complete streets, sidewalks and trails, and intersection improvement projects. Tony joined Creighton Manning in 2014.

Skip Francis, PE is our Civil Site Group Leader and has more than 32 years of experience in engineering consulting services and heavy construction contractor operations. He supervises the Civil Site Group and manages site development projects including sketch planning, design development, agency permitting, and construction support.
