Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP, a multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm, is proud to announce new Associates. Brian Jones, Charles Farmer, PE, and Frank Filiciotto, PE were recently recognized for their ongoing commitment to the firm, exemplary performance, and outstanding professionalism.

Brian Jones joined Creighton Manning in 2006 and serves as Project Manager in the Construction Inspection Group.  He is responsible for managing inspection projects and staff oversight. Brian has served as Resident Engineer, Office Engineer, and Senior Inspector for a variety of transportation infrastructure projects during his tenure at the firm.

Charles Farmer, PE joined Creighton Manning in 2007 and serves as a Project Engineer responsible for the design of transportation and utility infrastructure improvement projects for local municipalities and State agencies. He provides technical expertise in the design of highways, complete streets, sidewalks, trails, transit, and water and sewer distribution projects.

Frank Filiciotto, PE is a Professional Engineer with more than 15 years of transportation and traffic engineering experience. Frank joined Creighton Manning in 2019 and serves as the Ossining Office Branch Manager. He represents both private and public sector clients throughout the Hudson Valley.
