Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Stephan Godlewski, PE and Mark Sargent, PE as Partners of the firm.

Steve Godlewski

Mr. Godlewski is a transportation engineer specializing in the design of highways, streets, intersections, and pedestrian and bicycle facilities. He has designed award-winning projects for State agencies and local municipalities during his 18 years at Creighton Manning. He is a graduate of Clarkson University and is a licensed professional engineer. Steve was promoted to Senior Associate and Highway Group Leader in 2017 and has been an invaluable leader working directly with clients to develop and deliver innovative engineering solutions.

Mark Sargent

Mr. Sargent is a transportation engineer who specializes in traffic engineering and transportation planning services. During his 30 year career at Creighton Manning, his work has improved transportation safety and traffic operations in communities across the state. He has a Masters degree in Transportation Engineering from RPI and is a licensed professional engineer. Mark is the Traffic Group Leader and has broad experience in multi-modal surface transportation projects. He is highly regarded by clients for his technical expertise and collaboration.
