Creighton Manning Engineering, LLP has been awarded a 2017 Top Workplaces honor by the Times Union. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including connection, alignment, effectiveness, pay/benefits, leadership, management, and employee engagement.
The 2017 Top Workplaces winners consisted of 5 large employers, 20 midsize employers, and 25 small firms (98 employees or fewer), with Creighton Manning ranking eleventh in the small firm category in the Capital Region. In addition, the firm was selected for the Top Honor of Work/Life Flexibility based on employee responses to the survey.
