The ranking is based on local billings during 2023. Creighton Manning’s notable local projects during this time included CDTA’s Purple Line BRT; Albany County’s CR352 (Fox Creek Rd) over Fox Creek Bridge Replacement; and Port of Albany Smith Boulevard Road and Terminal Improvements.
