Ann Reis has joined the firm as Director of Human Resources in our Albany office. Ann has experience as a human resources leader and management consultant with various organizations, including regional and international businesses in the public and private sectors. Her experience has been focused in strategic HR management, talent assessment, leadership development and succession planning, performance management, teambuilding, policy setting, and employee relations and engagement. For over seven years, she led organizational development and recruitment for one of the Northeast’s best-in-class retailers (24K + employees) –and for nine years, led strategic HR and quality assurance initiatives for a top regional provider of integrated medical, educational, residential, vocational, and transportation services for the disabled.
