Creighton Manning is pleased to welcome Aslan Barsbay to the Traffic Group in our Albany office. Aslan received his BS in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah—where he also worked as a teaching assistant. Aslan has performed and scoped more than 150 traffic engineering studies in the tri-state area over the past 7 years. We are very excited to have Aslan join our team!
