Creighton Manning is thrilled to welcome Emile Seraphin as a Civil/Site Assistant Engineer in our White Plains office.
Emile comes to us with four years of experience in site development, including land permitting, grading and utility planning, and construction support. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
We’re excited for Emile to contribute to our Civil/Site projects and grow with our team.
