Welcome John Masi!
Creighton Manning is pleased to welcome John Masi, PE to the team as a Senior Engineer within the firm’s Highway Group. John comes to Creighton Manning with over 30 years of diverse engineering experience which includes nearly every aspect of transportation design and has previously worked for the New York State Department of Transportation, the New York State Thruway Authority, and other firms. During his career at NYSDOT, he served as the Assistant to the Regional Director of Operations, Design Project Manager, Regional QAQC Engineer, Highway Designer, Construction Inspector, and in the Geotechnical Engineering Bureau. He most recently worked for NYSTA as their Hydraulic Engineer and as consultant manager for the Yonkers Toll Conversion Project.
