Creighton Manning is excited to welcome Julia Sovey to our Albany office as a Junior Engineer!
Julia brings three years of experience as an Environmental Engineer with OSPA Engineering and is a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and an Associate of Science in Engineering Science from Hudson Valley Community College.
Julia’s expertise in environmental engineering will strengthen our team, and her enthusiasm for learning highway engineering will add even greater value to our projects.
