Creighton Manning Engineering is pleased to announce the promotion of Dale “Skip” Francis, PE to Civil/Site Group Leader. Skip joined the firm in early 2020 as a Project Manager responsible for the design of land development projects, permitting and regulatory approvals, and municipal engineering.
“Skip has exceeded our expectations in his previous role as Project Manager,” commented Don Adams, Partner. “He brings a high level of experience and expertise that will be tremendously valuable in effectively leading the Civil/Site Group.”
Skip has more than 30 years of experience and has a strong background in engineering business operations, project management, business development, construction methods, and quality control of deliverables. He is a member of technical and professional organizations and a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Indiana.
