Dale “Skip” Francis recently joined Creighton Manning as Project Manager in our Civil Site Group. Skip has more than 29 years of experience working for both engineering design firms and heavy construction contractors. He has a strong background in engineering business operations, project management, business development, construction methods and quality control of deliverables. Skip encourages team collaboration, expression of creative ideas and openly shares his knowledge to help design constructible solutions for clients. Skip has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. He has been a licensed Professional Engineer in Indiana since 1997, and in New York since 2006.
