Creighton Manning is proud to recognize Daniel Karkotsky for successfully attaining his Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York State. Dan has been with the firm since 2015 where he has been responsible for traffic and development-related projects, including traffic signal design, traffic impact analysis and forecasting, and traffic data collection. Dan has written many engineering reports and has prepared design plans and calculations for corresponding projects. Dan has a BS and ME in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and has been an active member of Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) NY Upstate Section.
