Creighton Manning Engineering is pleased to welcome Jay Gagnon to our Albany office as a Survey Technician in the Survey Group. Jay plays an important role in supporting field operations and delivering the precise data that lays the groundwork for successful engineering projects.
Jay brings a strong educational background, including an A.A.S. in Land Surveying Technology from SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry’s Ranger School, along with an associate degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College.
When he’s not in the field, Jay enjoys spending time skiing and golfing.
