Broome County, New York

This project supported Broome County in developing a bike share pilot program. The effort included identifying bike share stations and zones, establishing operating criteria, developing a Request for Proposals (RFP), and evaluating the results of the pilot program.

Services Provided:

  • Established bike share operating criteria and station locations
  • Developed draft and final RFP for the pilot program
  • Evaluated pilot program performance using vendor data and user surveys
  • Summarized results and provided recommendations for future implementation
