Home2 Suites Site Design

Creighton Manning was responsible for site-engineering design for the construction of the first Home2Suites By Hilton in the Capital Region. The 51,000 square foot, 91-suite extended stay hotel features contemporary design and eco-friendly amenities. The site is a 2.3-acre parcel located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Metro Park Road and Aviation Road, in the Commercial Office Residential (COR) zoning district, in Colonie, New York. Creighton Manning also performed stormwater management design in accordance with the NYSDEC Stormwater Design Manual.
