Creighton Manning provided traffic engineering services for the site development and construction of the 42,000-square-foot Market 32 store in Fort Edward. The firm provided a traffic impact study and construction plans for off-site improvements for the proposed supermarket. The project included traffic signal design at the main entrance drive on Route 4, driveway relocations to align with the new traffic signal, and ADA compliant pedestrian improvements. The project required highway work permits from NYSDOT and coordination and approval of the Town of Fort Edward planning board. Creighton Manning was also responsible for base mapping, right-of-way survey, and construction inspection services.
