Town of Milton, Saratoga County, NY
Creighton Manning provided site layout and grading plans for the construction of a 6.5Mw solar farm on a 23-acre parcel in the Town of Milton in Saratoga County, NY. The project included preparation of an erosion and sediment control plan, stormwater pollution prevention plan, and planning board approvals, including SEQRA with a coordinated review with NYSDEC, SHPO and Saratoga County.
