Rensselaer Waterfront Public Access Esplanade
City of Rensselaer, Rensselaer County, New York
Creighton Manning provided preliminary and final design for the construction of a waterfront esplanade, public recreational space, and multi-use trail along the Hudson River in the City of Rensselaer. The goal of this trail project was to provide a flexible recreational space, access to a segment of the riverfront not previously accessible to the public, and serve as a key extension and link to the City’s trail network. The trail is approximately 2,100 feet long by 10 feet wide and include two river overlook areas. Creighton Manning’s services included:
