Saratoga Train Station Parking Lot Expansion

Under an engineering term agreement with the Capital District Transportation Authority (CDTA), Creighton Manning was selected to design a parking lot expansion at the Saratoga Train Station. The existing parking lot had met the capacity on a regular basis and was further challenged during the Christmas Holidays when the “Polar Express Trains” were running. The parking lot expansion was designed on an adjacent undeveloped parcel south of the station. Creighton Manning was responsible for design, site layout, boundary survey, utility coordination, stormwater pollution prevention plan, drainage design, and construction support services.
