Sol Source Power (SSP) is a national developer of solar farms and energy storage facilities. Over the past three years, Creighton Manning has provided surveying, civil engineering, and permitting services for four renewable energy projects throughout New York State.

Representative Projects:

• Northline Drive Solar Array, Schaghticoke, Rensselaer County, NY
  5 MW community solar array. Services included site use plans, ALTA survey, landscaping plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and coordination with local authorities for permitting and planning board approvals.
• Chancellor Lane Solar Array, Warwick, Orange County, NY
  2.4 MW AC ground-mounted commercial solar array. Services included site use, grading and drainage plans, ALTA survey, landscaping, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, SWPPP, and support for Site Plan Approval and Special Use Permit.
