City of Syracuse, Onondaga County, New York

Under a three-year on-call agreement with the City of Syracuse Department of Public Works, this project provided traffic and transportation engineering services focused on bicycle facility improvements and traffic calming. Creighton Manning designed on-street bicycle lanes, bicycle boulevards/greenways, signage, intersection markings, crosswalks, sharrows, and speed cushions along Court Street, Lodi Street, James Street, and West Taylor Street/Midland Avenue.
