City of White Plains, Westchester County, New York

Creighton Manning provided survey and mapping, preliminary and final design, traffic engineering and traffic signal design, cost estimating, and inspection for the design and construction of bicycle and pedestrian improvements in the transit district of the City of White Plains. The scope of work included the installation of two-way separated bike lanes, ADA compliant curb ramps, high visibility crosswalks, a new HAWK beacon, and installation of a bike parking structure and bike racks. The project required extensive coordination with Con Edison to incorporate adjustments to their facilities including the relocation of light poles.
