Creighton Manning provided survey, design, and construction inspection services for a utility improvements project in the Washington Avenue and North Broadway neighborhoods in the City of Rensselaer. The project goal is to restore a 50-year service life to the sanitary and storm sewers as well as to remove a combined sewer overflow from the Hudson River near Partition Street. The project includes water main replacement; water service replacements; sanitary sewer mainline and manhole rehabilitation and replacement; and replacement of storm drainage manholes and storm drainage pipe.
