Shelly Johnston, PE honored with Harvey B. Boutwell Award for Distinguished Service
Creighton Manning’s Director of Business Development, Shelly Johnston, PE was honored by the Institute of Transportation Engineers Northeastern District at their annual meeting in Portsmouth, NH. The Harvey B. Boutwell Award for Distinguished Service was presented to Shelly for her diligent and devoted service to the Institute and the District. She is the past president of the Upstate New York Section, and has served on numerous local and international ITE committees over the past 27 years.
The Institute of Transportation Engineers is an international educational and scientific association of 13,000 transportation professionals who are responsible for meeting mobility and safety needs. The Northeastern District consists of three ITE sections comprised of eight States in the Northeastern portion of the country.
