Creighton Manning is proud to announce that the South Troy Industrial Park Road project in the City of Troy, Rensselaer County, NY, has been honored with an ACEC New York 2025 Engineering Excellence Gold Award. This recognition celebrates the project’s innovative design, technical excellence, and positive impact on the local community.
The project aimed to promote business growth in South Troy while alleviating commercial truck traffic from residential neighborhoods. Creighton Manning provided comprehensive services, including survey and mapping, highway and bridge design, traffic analysis, environmental permitting, and construction inspection. The project also involved complex right-of-way acquisitions and coordination with CSX Railroad to ensure seamless integration with the rail network.
The Gold Award highlights the project’s success in delivering a context-sensitive, sustainable infrastructure solution that enhances both transportation efficiency and community livability.
