The University at Albany recently awarded Creighton Manning a term agreement for Civil Engineering Services for renovations, modernization upgrades, infrastructure replacements and new construction of their buildings and grounds.
Individual projects envisioned under the term agreement may range in construction value, with no individual project exceeding a construction value of $3,500,000. Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, a project may involve public bid and formal construction contract methods or be an in-house contract utilizing Union Labor and/or University staff and equipment.
The University at Albany is a University Research Center, one of four in the State University of New York (SUNY) system. The University at Albany, established in 1844, is the oldest state chartered institution of higher education in New York. The University is a Carnegie Research II Institution and has approximately 16,000 students enrolled in its eight degree-granting Schools and Colleges.
