Welcome Zach Broat!
Creighton Manning is pleased to welcome Zach Broat to the team as a Planner in our Westchester County office. Zach has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from George Washington University and a Master of Urban Planning from City University of New York Hunter College. He has spent almost 10 years at the NYCDOT where he has been involved with all aspects of multi-modal transportation planning projects. Most recently he has been overseeing the implementation of complex street safety improvement projects at high-crash intersections, in close coordination with many groups including other NYCDOT units, New York City Transit, and NYSDOT Region 11.
