Creighton Manning Engineering is pleased to announce that Victoria Epstein has joined the firm as a Project Engineer in our Traffic and Planning Group. In this role, Victoria will support a wide range of traffic engineering and transportation planning projects throughout the Northeast, contributing her technical expertise and collaborative approach to help advance safe, efficient, and sustainable mobility solutions.
Victoria earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. She comes to Creighton Manning with several years of experience at a respected engineering firm serving the downstate NY/NJ/MA region, where she worked on complex traffic studies, multimodal planning efforts, and infrastructure improvement projects.
